The Tiger stands for the agility and quickness one needs to successfully thrive in the property buying process. Additionally, the Tiger was the emblem of the De Blieck family's brewery: TigerBier.
The Rock represents the real estate component of our business, as well as the calm and strong state of mind one needs when searching for a property.

Who We Are
Rodolphe De Blieck
Founder
Rodolphe began his career in 2016 in New York City as a broker specializing in retail for Winick Realty Group. In 2017, he joined the acquisitions team of prominent residential developer Naftali Group.
Rodolphe moved to Luxembourg in 2018 and consequently joined the Capital Markets team of CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. During his time at CBRE, he advised on close to € 1 billion of transactions across office, residential, and retail properties located in Luxembourg.
Rodolphe graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Science in Real Estate Development. He also holds a Master of Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Laws from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Rodolphe is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
Benoît De Blieck
Advisor
Benoît is a Board Member of Befimmo and was until June 2021 the Chief Executive Officer of Befimmo, one of Belgium's largest real estate investment trust.
He began his career in 1980 at Entreprises Ed.François & Fils, later to become CFE, in charge of a number of building sites in Saudi Arabia (1980-1985) and project studies in China, Zaire and Egypt (1985-1988). He was then responsible for real-estate project development, first at Codic (1988-1990) and later at Galliford (1990-1992). From 1992 to1999 he was a member of the management committee of Bernheim-Comofi SA (later to become Fortis Real Estate SA and by after AG Real Estate SA, however then a subsidiary of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert), responsible for international development.
He was then appointed CEO of Befimmo in August 1999 and of its subsidiary Fedimmo in December 2006.
He is a civil engineer (ULB, École Polytechnique, 1980), and a postgraduate (Cepac) of the Solvay Business School (ULB, 1986).
