Our 5-Step Process
We get to know you

We start by meeting you to build a real understanding of your objectives.

This will form the foundations of the process including timeline, location, budget, financing, returns and property criteria.

We plan a strategy together that fits your real estate objectives.
Property search

After meeting with you we use our own database and our wide reaching network of contacts to source suitable properties to view.

If you are not able to visit the property in person, we film a 3D virtual tour.

We will be in regular contact to keep you up to speed on our progress.

If you already found a property on your own, we are happy to assist you with the following steps.
Validation

We visit the property and ask the tough questions to provide you with impartial advice on price and any other issues that might affect your on-going enjoyment. These are then presented to you in a bespoke report.

When you validate the property, we then advise on the purchasing strategy we feel is most appropriate in the given set of circumstances.

The property may be right. But the price? At TigerRock, we negotiate to secure the right property at the best possible price – on the most favorable terms. This is often a balance between ensuring the property is secured but on the best possible terms for our client.

We draft the offer letter and with your approval and review, submit it to the seller to secure the property.
Transaction Management

We make sure the transaction runs smoothly from start to end.

We work with you and the notary to review the legal documents and we stay at your side until you receive the keys of the property.

If there are any specific points requiring further investigation, we take care of the legal and/or technical due diligence. If you end up purchasing the property, the service is included in our success fee. If you do not purchase the property, we charge you the extra cost of the due diligence.
After The Acquisition

We continue to work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your acquisition.

We are able to introduce you to insurance, construction, architect and interior design experts. We are also able to coordinate the renovation process.

We can assist you with the management of the property through our asset & property management service. We work with reliable partners to ensure your property is well taken care of and generating returns. We remain your sole point of contact.

Our fee is due only if we find you a suitable home or investment property

Our fee is entirely transparent and are included in our financial analysis of your real estate project

Our fee is deductible from your taxable income

Acquisitions: We receive a success fee of 3.00% (excl. VAT) of the net property price.
